Systems Selections and Effectiveness

Definition

A Systems Selection is a process of identifying and sourcing the best-fit vendor / solution / technology for a client’s particular needs. These engagements allow organizations to define their business requirements for the subsequent selection of supporting technologies, solutions and vendors.

ERP and CRM Effectiveness refers to conducting an internal study to analyze the successful use of the selected vendor / technology / solution. It seeks to answer the questions "How is the organization using the technology?" and "Is it meeting the organization’s functional and business needs?".
