Business Process Redesign

Definition

The Business Process Redesign solution offering delivers a critical analysis and radical redesign of existing business processes to achieve breakthrough improvements in performance. BPR identifies linkages between the activities that the organization performs and provides a cross functional view of the organization. Priorities can be assessed by linking business objectives (and critical success factors) to processes.

BPR engagements assist clients in understanding where they are not meeting productivity or competitiveness goals on either the operational or supporting side of the business, and identify improvements within existing operations.
